HOW TO APPLY FOR DBE/ACDBE
Applying for DBE/ACDBE status is a straightforward and involved process. It involves your completion of an application form, submission of supporting documents, and participation in an on-site visit by a certifying agency. Please contact a certifying agency if there are any questions.

DBE/ACDBE application form is available here. (Please note, the application form is provided by Caltrans, but it should be submitted to a certifying agency that is located closest to your primary place of business. Please refer to the application package for additional instructions on where to apply. There is no difference in benefits or processing time between certifying agencies.)
